Rosemary Blue Cheese Sauce for Steaks
 
This is an easy and delicious sauce for all cuts of steak... as always preferably grilled!
All of the ingredients can be purchased at the Market!
 
You will need:
A few sprigs of Rosemary (New Castle Produce see directory)
Green Onions (any of the 3 produce stands at the Market)
Blue Cheese and Amish Butter (Stoltzfus Deli see directory)
Steaks (Stoltzfus Meats  see directory)
Depending on how many steaks you are cooking this amount of ingredients is for 4 good size strip steaks.
You won't need to be precise on measurements.
 
8 oz or more Blue Cheese
2 medium sprigs of Rosemary
4 Green onions
2-3 tbls butter
 
Prepare ingredients:  chop green onions, chop rosemary (fine), salt and pepper steaks.
While steaks are grilling melt butter in medium frying pan, add green onions cook until soft, add chopped rosemary cook a few minutes, add blue cheese stir until melted...pour over steaks...enjoy!
